About the Project Worker role:

About you:

* Ability to create collaborative support plans, build rapport, and foster collaboration with residents.
* Proficiency in managing caseloads, conducting assessments, and analyzing data to identify resident needs.
* Strong communication and coordination skills to work with multidisciplinary professionals.
* Proficient in maintaining accurate records and preparing reports while adhering to confidentiality protocols.
* Committed to ongoing training, reflective practice, and contributing to service improvements.

Our attractive benefits package includes:

* A salary increase after successful completion of a six-month probationary period.
* A 37.5-hour workweek with flexible hours (core hours 10am-4pm) in non-accommodation services.
* 25 days annual leave, increasing to 30 days plus paid Bank Holidays.
* A contributory pension scheme with a 5% employer contribution.
* Staff Health Cash Plan and discounts scheme.
* Comprehensive training programmes to develop your skills and knowledge.
