Single Homeless Project has an opportunity for a Project Worker to join our experienced and committed teams based in Wandsworth. This is a full-time, permanent position. In return, you will receive a competitive salary starting at GBP28,953.79 and rising incrementally to GBP31,101.49 per annum.

About the Project Worker role:
As a Project Worker at Single Homeless Project (SHP), you will build a fulfilling career while making a real difference. Based in supported accommodation, you will work alongside residents as they take steps towards independence and stability. Your daily tasks will include helping residents develop life skills, manage tenancies, and access education, training, and employment opportunities. You will support residents with daily tasks such as budgeting, appointments, and building routines and confidence in their communities, all within a safe, welcoming environment.
In Wandsworth, your responsibilities include managing a caseload, creating tailored support and safety plans, and reviewing them regularly with residents to ensure their effectiveness. You will carry out daily shifts, contribute to service operations, and collaborate with external partners and professionals to support residents’ needs. The role emphasizes teamwork, reflective practice, and continuous learning, with training and development opportunities to support your growth and impact.
About you:
* Ability to create collaborative support plans, build rapport, and foster collaboration with residents.
* Proficiency in managing caseloads, conducting assessments, and analyzing data to identify resident needs.
* Strong communication and coordination skills to work with multidisciplinary professionals.
* Proficient in maintaining accurate records and preparing reports while adhering to confidentiality protocols.
* Committed to ongoing training, reflective practice, and contributing to service improvements.
