Baby Room Leader - Join Our Wigan Nursery Team!
Are you a passionate early years professional with a love for nurturing little ones? We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Baby Room Leader to join our friendly nursery in Wigan.
What you'll do
* Lead and inspire a small team in our baby room (0-2 years)
* Create a warm, safe, and stimulating environment where children can thrive
* Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities
* Work in partnership with parents to support each child's individual needs
* Ensure all safeguarding, health & safety, and EYFS standards are consistently met
Qualifications
* Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification
* Previous experience working with babies in a nursery setting
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* A caring, positive attitude and genuine passion for child development
