JOB TITLE: Data Entry Administrator
SHIFTS: Monday to Friday, 10:00 > 19:00 or 07:00 > 16:00 on weekly rotation
Hours & Salary: 42.5 hours/week, (30-minute unpaid break per day), Salary: £28,000 p/a

With a presence in 5 European countries and growing in mainland Europe, we are seeking a Data Entry Administrator to join our Global Solutions team.
Our dedicated airside fleet and driving team enable us to offer a transparent, comprehensive aviation logistics service. We provide tailored services including domestic and international scheduled transport, freight management, aircraft-on-ground (AOG) transport, and inventory management. We deliver directly to airline engineers, positioning us as a leading provider of global end-to-end solutions for the airline industry in Europe.

Key Responsibilities
* Monitoring shared email inbox
* Using operations systems to raise references for invoicing
* Processing customs formalities, including export/import declarations, arranging customs clearance, and duty deferment
* General administration tasks
* Ensuring job accounting accuracy, including cost accruals and invoicing post-operation
* Assisting colleagues with customs data entry
Candidate Requirements
* Ability to prioritize and organize workload to meet deadlines
* Excellent customer service skills
* 5 years of checkable employment history and right to work in the UK (no gaps over 28 days)
