Job Role: Senior Security Engineer – CIAM
Location: Hybrid – City of London
Salary: GBP100,000 – GBP120,000 + Bonus

Ideal Candidate
* Strong hands–on expertise with Hardware Security Modules (HSM), AWS Secrets Manager, and certificate lifecycle management (rotation, revocation, automation)
* Experienced with GitLab CI/CD pipelines, AWS CLI, and automation tooling (Chef or similar)
* Proven background in Cloud Security, with deep knowledge of:
o AWS security controls, policies, and automation
o Role–based and attribute–based access controls
o Cryptographic protocols and secure key lifecycle management
o Securing microservices, APIs, and DevSecOps best practices
* Skilled in penetration testing and hands–on coding with JavaScript, Java, or Python
* Strong understanding of vulnerability scanning, remediation, and vendor management
* Collaborative mindset with the ability to partner across engineering, security, and product teams
Desirable Skills
* Hands–on configuration, deployment, and operation of ForgeRock IAM solutions (PingGateway, PingAM, PingIDM, PingDS)
* Knowledge of PKI–based identity, HTTP header signing, and advanced authentication protocols
* Exposure to both AWS and Azure environments
* Experience embedding security into the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
This is a hybrid role, with 2–3 days a week in the City of London.
