Brook Street (UK) Ltd are recruiting Clerical Officer's for our leading Public Sector Client
Maritime and Coastguard Agency, Bangor Marina.
This role will be starting July 2025 and will last until end of March 2026
As the Temporary Administration Officer in the Maritime and Coastguard Agency; you will provide administrative support to the Surveyors within the Business unit, customers, the public and other professionals for agreed aspects of the service and as directed by the Office Manager.
You will be proficient in MS Packages such as Excel, Outlook and Word. You will be confident in the daily use of spreadsheets and databases and will conduct typing and word-processing duties:
Examples of work performed will include but not be restricted to:
1. Collating and analysing information or data, submitting results in a written report
2. Overseeing administrative procedures and processes
3. Assisting with budget preparation and control, if required
4. Acting as an administrative liaison with internal and / or external sources
5. Preparing routine correspondence
6. Supporting good customer service both face to face and via telephony.
Essential Criteria:
7. Five GCSEs at Grade C or above or equivalent (including English Language or equivalent)
8. 1 yr administrative experience in an office environment or NVQ Business Administration Level 2
9. Good communication skills, both oral and written

The rate of pay is £12.36 per hour; the position is Full-Time, and the hours of work are 37hrs per week Monday to Friday.
