What We're Looking For: Your Essential Toolkit We're searching for a Customer Service Administrator who possesses: Excellent Customer Service: A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service and strong communication skills. Organisation & Multitasking: Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively with a varied workload – you're a master of efficiency! Tech Savvy: Strong IT and computer literacy. Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping – no errors on your watch! Industry Knowledge: Knowledge and understanding of working within the motor industry or a similar fast-paced environment is a bonus. Your Role: The Engine Room of Our Body Shop As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be the front-line support, ensuring every customer's journey is seamless and efficient. Your key responsibilities will include: Welcoming Customers: Be the friendly face that greets customers, assists with all enquiries, schedules appointments, and provides essential service-related information. Managing Repairs: Take the wheel in scheduling vehicle repairs, coordinating with technicians, efficiently allocating resources, and setting up job cards in a timely manner, always keeping the customer informed. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer information, vehicle details, and repair orders. You'll also prepare and process invoices, estimates, and other related documents with precision. Team Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with other departments, such as parts and accounts, to streamline operations and ensure everything runs like a well-oiled machine.
