Are you an experienced Assistant Manager ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of autistic adults? Homersham, a modern supported living development just outside Canterbury, is looking for a dynamic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team.
About Us
Homersham is a spacious, modern building with seven high-spec flats and bed sits designed for autistic adults with learning disabilities and mental health challenges. Our mission is to provide exceptional care and support within a community setting.
Your Role
* Collaborate with the Supported Living Manager and Team Leaders to recruit, retain, and develop staff.
* Provide regular supervisions and competency assessments, working closely with the QA team and Operations Manager.
* Lead one of three teams, offering support and oversight.
* Build positive relationships with tenants, families, staff, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
* Ensure continuity and quality in care provision.

About You
* Experienced Assistant Manager with supervisory and coaching skills.
* Background in adult social care, preferably with autism or learning disabilities.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* IT literacy and confidence with digital systems.
* A driver comfortable with company vehicles, including a small minibus.
* Flexible and adaptable to change.
