Role Overview
Milk Education is recruiting a dedicated KS1 Teacher to join a welcoming, two‑form entry primary school in the L4 area of Liverpool. This role is suitable for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to gain valuable classroom experience within a supportive school environment.
You will take responsibility for a KS1 class, delivering engaging lessons and supporting pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development.
Classroom & School Support
* Two‑form entry primary school
* Experienced Classroom Teaching Assistant in place
* Additional SEN Teaching Assistant support
* Collaborative and inclusive school environment
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver high‑quality lessons aligned with the National Curriculum
* Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including SEN
* Create a positive, inclusive, and well‑structured classroom environment
* Monitor pupil progress and contribute to assessment and reporting
* Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, SENCO, and senior leadership
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – ECTs welcome to apply
* Experience teaching within KS1
* SEN experience is desirable but not essential
* Strong classroom management and communication skills
* Passion for supporting children to reach their full potential
* Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice
