The Role: AI & Automation Solutions Architect/Engagement Lead
We are currently recruiting for a senior-level software architect and engagement lead with expertise in delivering AI-driven solutions, including experience with agentic workflows, technical infrastructure, and cross-platform integration. This role will focus on designing, building, and deploying intelligent solutions that combine LLMs with traditional RPA and workflow automation tools to drive real business outcomes.
You’ll work across multiple clients and industries, helping to shape and deliver strategic initiatives using both established platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform) and emerging AI technologies (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, LangChain, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver enterprise-grade automation and AI solutions, leveraging a combination of LLMs, RPA, Power Platform, and cloud infrastructure.
* Lead client engagements from a solution architecture perspective—scoping, planning, and deploying production-ready automation and AI capabilities.
* Integrate agentic AI models into existing enterprise processes, enabling autonomous decision-making and orchestration.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including business stakeholders, data scientists, and developers) to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
* Define and manage technical infrastructure and governance to support robust and secure deployment of AI/automation pipelines.
* Create high-quality documentation for client handover and operational support.
* Stay abreast of evolving AI technologies, ensuring solutions leverage the most effective tools and practices.
Essential Criteria
* Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end solutions using LLMs and intelligent automation platforms.
* Strong understanding of technical infrastructure, security, and DevOps considerations in AI and automation deployment.
* Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
* Certified to at least PL-900, PL-400, PL-500 level.
* Proven ability to implement advanced Dataverse security models.
* Familiarity with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, or similar.
* Proficiency with web development tools and languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
* Skilled in building scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions under structured ALM frameworks.
* Comfortable communicating complex technical concepts to business and technical audiences.
Desirable Criteria
* PL-600 certification or equivalent solution architect credential.
* Experience with Azure OpenAI, vector databases, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
* Familiarity with enterprise RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism).
* Background in consulting and experience working across multiple industries.
