Earn a salary of £38,755 per annum plus van, generous on call allowance, great benefits including Health Cash Plan and matching pension contributions
Working in our properties across High Wycombe, Watford, Borehamwood, St Albans, Welwyn Garden City & Hemel Hempstead
Permanent, full time (37.5 hpw Monday to Friday, with on call on a rota basis

What you'll do
1. As multi skilled Plumber, all allocated jobs are completed right first time, with a whole job repair approach, providing a brilliant service for our customers.
2. Installation and repairs to hot/cold plumbing and heating installations, including sanitary-ware and drainage systems.
3. Delivering high-quality and compliant work.
4. Multi skilling to improve first time fixes and prevent multiple visits to customers’ homes.
5. All jobs are scheduled so you know exactly where you need to be.

You have
6. City and Guilds NVQ Level 2 in plumbing or equivalent.
7. Fault finding experience and knowledge of plumbing installations.
8. Experience in all aspects of plumbing work within a maintenance environment.
9. Experience in other building trade areas (multi skilled).
10. A full current driving licence, as you will be provided with a company van for business use and commuting.
The practical bits
11. Working Monday to Friday, you’ll also be asked to take part in our out of hours service on a rota basis with colleagues with an additional generous on call payment.
12. You must be able to use technology for logging jobs, complete online learning and collaborating with other colleagues.
13. You’ll need a Basic DBS and health check done and we pay for that.
