We’re looking for entrepreneurial Recruitment Consultant in Liverpool within a proven track record in the industry who want to drive their careers forward and influence.
The role as a Recruitment Consultant;
* Growing and leading a successful recruitment team
* Identifying and attracting new clients and candidates through various channels, networking, and social media outreach.
* Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients and candidates and providing them with exceptional service throughout the recruitment process.
* Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate screening to offer negotiation and placement.
* Achieving and exceeding revenue targets and contributing to the overall success of the company.
* Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices, and continuously improving your own skills and knowledge.
