They have a very exciting opportunity for a motivated Senior Corporate Lawyer with Venture Capital experience and at least 7 years pqe, gained within prestigious firms in private practice or in house.
The team are proud of their non-hierarchical and meritocratic approach which results in a close-knit team with a unified goal. You will be a senior resourceful team player with strong communication skills and a proven ability to work under pressure.
As an effective project manager, you will be confident to structure and lead on multiple transactions at once. Commercially minded with experience in negotiations with both internal stakeholders and external counterparties. You will be keen to work within a collaborative fast-moving entrepreneurial environment and to take on this senior business facing role.
