SEND Learning Support Assistants Special school SLD, MLD, Complex Needs, ASD & SEMH Full-time & part-time work Immediate start 8:30am - 3:15pm I'm working on behalf of a brilliant special school that is situated on the outskirts of Bristol ( BS14 ) and they are looking for SEND Learning Support Assistants to join them. The school look after a wide range of special needs & disabilities that include MLD, SLD & ASD. The role The role of SEND Learning Support Assistant revolves heavily around supporting the class teacher in whatever class you're supporting in. You will need to be proactive in your approach and be prepared to get stuck in throughout the day. The school have a few different gaps at the moment so they are open to a range of different applications. Experience working with SEN in some capacity is essential and ideally you would have worked in a special school environment before.
