Children's Service Manager – Front Door Team
This pivotal role in the Children's Service involves working as a manager in the front door team – Children's Help and Advice Team. The manager oversees and ensures the safety of children and families when we first meet them.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with social workers and multi‑agency partners to ensure children receive a timely service, considering their needs and the interventions required.
* Ensure appropriate services support families and that the right service is selected.
* Lead and support the team through the transition to Family Help, assisting development and wider service during this period of transformation.
Requirements
* Motivated, organised, and able to demonstrate leadership skills.
* Experience managing frontline staff and working within a multidisciplinary environment.
