Job Title: Hire Controller
Location: Peterlee
Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 07:30 - 17:00 (42 hours per week)
The Hire Controller plays a vital role in our operations, being on the front line of sales and customer service. Relationship building is key, as you will coordinate the entire hire process from taking orders to delivery and collection, liaising with all parts of the depot to meet customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
On a daily basis, you will work at the desk, collaborating with other departments, including stock teams, drivers, and engineers, to ensure minimal delays and readily available equipment.
What you'll need:

2. Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
3. Adaptability
4. Commitment to learn and develop
5. Driving license
6. Previous experience in the hire industry or similar sales/operational roles
7. Ability to support your team in delivering our ESG Strategy - Decade to Deliver
