Graduate Learning Support Assistant (LSA) Secondary Full Time We’re looking for graduates to step into Learning Support Assistant roles in secondary schools across London. You’ll work closely with students who need a bit of extra guidance, whether that’s academic support or confidence building. This role is perfect if you’re considering psychology, teaching, social work, or youth mentoring. What you’ll be doing: • Supporting students 1:1 and in small groups • Helping break down tricky concepts • Encouraging positive behaviour and focus • Being a steady, supportive presence in lessons We’d love someone who: • Has a degree, any subject welcome • Is patient, empathetic, and resilient • Communicates clearly and builds rapport easily • Wants to make a genuine difference All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
