Why We Need You:
We are currently working successfully with over 50 schools (and expanding quickly) to use measures ‘beyond the grades’ to ensure that every young person gets the opportunities and the support structures needed to find their passion, recognise their strengths, and fulfil their ambitions - regardless of their circumstances.
We are looking for a Schools Delivery Manager to support these schools with running their Aspirations programmes and being part of this growth phase.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Embedding an 'Aspirations programme' into our partner schools, equipping school staff with the skills and tools they need to successfully run the programme and make progress towards their goals.
* Supporting schools with any support requests they may have, including training or introductory sessions, to ensure the Aspirations Programme is as easy to engage with as possible & schools receive the highest standard of support.
* Conducting data analysis with senior leaders within schools and supporting them to use the data generated from the Aspirations Programme to create a robust Personal Development strategy.
* Developing and collating supporting materials for schools, including those from partner organisations focused on particular areas of development.
* Continuing to develop the programme structure and approach, helping ensure that we continue to have a high impact as we continue to grow and scale.
* Supporting the growth of the Aspirations programme, providing ideas and input into how we can deliver the best possible outcomes for students.
* Supporting the development of our growing community of passionate PD leaders and running CPD sessions, working groups and developing resources for use in schools.
How You'll Go About It
* Genuinely passionate about child development and excited to play a role in improving it in schools.
* Logical thinking and creative problem solving
* Self-motivated and comfortable managing your own diary.
* A confident communicator and comfortable building relationships with clients in order to deliver.
* An interest in working with data and analytics as well as developing proficiency with Excel and other data tools.
* Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and support.
* Confidence presenting to senior members within a school and large audiences.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to adapt easily to changing priorities.
* Be an excellent team player – we are currently a small team and so working closely together to achieve our company goals is a must!
When and Where:

* Location: Hybrid - we are currently working 2 days in our London, Waterloo office & 3 days at home
