Your day-to-day: Full responsibility for developing, implementing, and continuously improving site HSE policies and procedures. Leading the charge on risk assessments, accident investigations, and root cause analysis. Driving a proactive safety culture through training, audits, and meaningful engagement at all levels of the business. What you'll need to succeed: NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) with demonstrable experience in a Health & Safety leadership role. Strong working knowledge of UK health & safety legislation, ideally gained within manufacturing, engineering, or complex project environments. Excellent communication skills with a genuine passion for driving positive safety behaviours.
