Mitie is looking for a Contracts Manager based in Edinburgh who will lead the delivery of all service streams within the contract, ensuring high standards, operational excellence, and strong team performance.
Role Responsibilities
* Oversee all service delivery streams within the contract, ensuring personnel work efficiently and maintain required standards.
* Motivate and manage staff, ensuring discipline, positive performance, and effective allocation of labour to tasks.
* Achieve and exceed SLA and KPI targets across all service lines.
* Ensure compliance with the Business Management System, participating in internal and external audits.
* Manage operational performance, including PPM completion, open/aged jobs, and quotations, promoting a culture of service excellence.
Required Qualifications
* Experience in operational management within a large integrated FM environment.
* Ability to build strong customer relationships, negotiate complex contracts, and demonstrate commercial awareness.
* Proven experience managing a P&L with a strong customer‑focused approach.
