Job Description
Responsible for planning orders into production schedules for bulk, retail, oat, and drink products. Ensure timely and complete logistics for pickups and deliveries through effective communication and planning.
Your Responsibilities
* Plan all orders into the production schedule to meet delivery deadlines.
* Coordinate with local and international third-party packers and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of packaging.
* Maintain accurate stock records on SAGE 200.
* Communicate with senior Operations Manager and Finance to manage stock levels based on sales forecasts.
* Work with the Sales Department to maintain a sales forecast.
* Manage logistics companies to meet delivery requirements, ensuring on-time and complete deliveries.
* Investigate customer delivery complaints.
* Ensure all export customs documentation is accurate.
* Perform other reasonable tasks as required by the business.
Skills and Experience
* Experience with Sage 200.
* Ability to analyze data.
* Knowledge of BRC standards and requirements.
* Experience with KPIs such as "Order in Time in Full", "Warehouse GMP Audit", and "Orders produced in time and in full".

* Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
