Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to drive growth across our UK service and aftermarket portfolio. This role is ideal for a commercially focused professional with strong experience in service key account management and a well-established network within the facilities management sector.
Role Responsibilities
* Co-ordinate UK countrywide key account sales development activities.
* Manage an existing base of key accounts to maximise future opportunities for growth, working across regional sales teams.
* Drive business development activities to support expansion of the maintenance portfolio footprint.
* Develop and onboard new key account clients into the service portfolio.
* Collaborate with the wider sales team to deliver against defined strategic objectives.
* Develop structured key account development plans with clearly identified stakeholder engagement strategies.
* Align key account activity to support achievement of overall CSE aftermarket sales objectives.
* Proactively identify prospects for account management teams and build professional relationships to understand customer needs.
* Suggest products and/or services aligned to customer requirements.
* Conduct business development activities within defined customer segments to support business strategy.
* Identify bid opportunities, contribute to bid responses and participate in negotiations with potential customers.
* Develop new customer contact leads for the sales business development team.
* Support and develop prospective projects with assigned customers and present opportunities internally.
* Build strong personal customer relationships to influence opportunities.
* Attend trade shows, present new products and increase organizational visibility.
* Prepare and deliver customer workshops.
Minimum Requirements
* Previous experience in service key account management.
* Strong client network within the facilities management space.
* Proven experience closing large national framework and maintenance agreements.
* Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-site customer portfolios.
* Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills.

Pay Range
£42,000.00-£84,000.00 annually.
