The Sales Support Specialist provides support to the internal and external sales team by relieving them of administrative or related work. Uses intermediate to advanced knowledge of product and service offerings to support customers and sales teams.
1. Prepare quotes, contracts, and RFP/RFI responses
2. Maintain quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations
3. Maintain sales demonstration tools and applications in support of sales teams
4. Work within multiple data sources/systems to produce outcomes with some variability
5. Exercise moderate independent judgment to make decisions
6. Develop and deliver sales presentations and/or training in a professional manner
7. Stay updated on company activities and industry trends
8. Follow up consistently on opportunities or inquiries
9. Assist customers via in person, phone, email, or live chat to diagnose and research product or service issues
10. Troubleshoot problems and help customers understand product or service issues
11. Identify and summarize moderately complex issues for management review
12. Collaborate with teams and report to Support Manager
