This role provides training and development within Experis’ growing Academy division, where you will represent Experis on a leading engineering account. We seek agile individuals with the right aptitude and attitude, to be trained in project controls support including planning & scheduling, budgeting & cost control, cost estimating, and project performance reporting.
Successful candidates should be commercially astute, with strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. As part of the programme, you will receive the necessary tools, experience, and training to develop your skills in project, programme, and portfolio management (P3M). Training includes project management frameworks, soft skills such as negotiation, conflict resolution, facilitation, problem solving, decision making, and emotional intelligence. The programme emphasizes scenario-based learning and practical workshops.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities include:
* Developing and maintaining the Project schedule and baseline budgets.
* Creating and managing the integrated project schedule.
* Producing accurate cost control reports and forecasts.
* Developing robust cost estimates aligned with project scope and lifecycle.
* Producing performance reports with analysis and narrative.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
* Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to view problems from multiple perspectives.
* Professional commitment to quality and a passion for learning.
* Experience in a delivery environment within engineering, oil and gas, construction, logistics, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, education, or related fields.
