Summary of the Early Years Practitioner Level 3 Apprentice role

As an Early Years Practitioner Apprentice, you will work alongside qualified professionals in a supportive setting, helping to provide high quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years. You'll learn how to plan and deliver fun, educational activities that support children's development, while gaining valuable hands-on experience.
What will you be doing:
* Supporting the day to day running of the setting.
* Assisting with the planning and deliver of age-appropriate activities.
* Supporting children's personal, social and emotional development.
* Ensuring a safe, clean and stimulating environment.
* Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
* Observing and recording children's progress.
About You:
* Must have GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above) as minimum.
* Must already hold the Level 2 Early Practitioner qualification or have equivalent experience.
* A genuine passion for working with young children.
* Friendly, patient and caring nature.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship
Pay: From £7.55 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
