Job Title: IT Manager Location: Greater Belfast, (Hybrid: 2 days in office / 3 days remote) Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday (9am-5pm) Contract: Permanent About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Manager to lead our clients IT function and drive digital transformation across the organisation. You will manage a small team focused on optimising Microsoft 365 and SaaS platforms, ensuring robust cybersecurity, and delivering innovative IT solutions. This is a hybrid role with a mix of office-based and remote working. As IT Manager, you will: Oversee IT systems, networks, Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune) and SaaS applications. Ensure strong cybersecurity practices and compliance with standards such as ISO27001, Cyber Essentials Plus, and GDPR. Lead IT projects from planning through delivery, including end-user training. Manage IT infrastructure, service desk operations, SLAs, KPIs, and system performance. Contribute to strategic IT planning, digital transformation, and innovation initiatives. Manage and develop a team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional growth. Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and service providers. About You: To be successful in this role, you will have: A degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field. 3 years' experience leading IT support, infrastructure, or systems administration teams. Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 architecture and administration, including Intune. Experience procuring and managing SaaS platforms. Proven track record in developing and implementing cybersecurity strategies. Strong vendor management skills, including contract negotiation and service delivery oversight. Excellent organisational, communication, and presentation skills. A full driving licence or equivalent transport arrangements. Desirable Skills: Knowledge of automation tools and scripting. Familiarity with Power BI. Project management qualification. Benefits: 26 days annual leave, increasing to 28 days after 3 years and 32 days after 5 years. 11 statutory holidays.
