As a Call Centre Advisor, you will be responsible for handling warm leads with customers who have expressed an interest in our products and ensure customers have a great first contact experience.

Day to Day
· Handle inbound and outbound calls
· Explain solar panel products and benefits
· Identify requirements and answer all queries on solar panel installations
· Qualify customers on home sustainability
· Appointments scheduling
· Update customer details into systems/CRM
· General administration
What will you bring?
· Previous experience within a call centre environment
· Clear and confident telephone manners
· Good communication and listening skills
· Basic IT and computer skills
· Be able to capture information accurately and professionally
