JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE: 1-5 PQE
LOCATION: West Midlands
SALARY: £40k - £60k
Responsibilities
* Handle a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, development work, and landlord and tenant matters.
* Contribute to investment matters and general commercial property matters as part of a broad service offering.
* Develop relationships with clients and internal teams while gaining exposure to complex, high-value matters.
Requirements
* 1-5 years PQE in dealing with a varied caseload of commercial property matters.
* Experience in landlord and tenant matters, development, investment matters, and general commercial property matters.
* Ability to build relationships and manage duties across a wide range of property matters.
