The Opportunity: Apprentice Kitchen Sales Designer
We are seeking talented individuals to join our award-winning apprenticeship scheme. This role offers comprehensive on-the-job training and support from a leading training provider while pursuing a Level 3 Customer Service Apprenticeship, typically lasting 12 to 15 months.
Responsibilities:
As an Apprentice Kitchen Sales Designer, you will learn to transform builders' and clients' dream kitchens into reality. Visiting homes, you will listen to ideas, assess needs, provide expert advice, and design inspiring kitchens that meet or exceed expectations. Your key responsibilities include:
1. Planning, designing, and selling inspirational kitchens with excellent customer service
2. Building long-term relationships with customers and the building trade
3. Visiting sites to measure and evaluate customer needs
4. Using Howdens' 'My Kitchen' service to create high-quality images
5. Processing estimates, pricing, delivery dates, and stock requirements
Note: You will need to use your own vehicle during work hours, with travel expenses reimbursed.
Requirements:

* Right to work in the UK and relevant evidence
* Valid driving license (consideration given if learning to drive)

The Apprenticeship:
* Level 3 Customer Service framework
* Essential Skills (Level 2 Application of Number, Communication, ICT – exemptions may apply)
* Training from our in-house Learning & Development Team and external provider
* 15-month duration
* GCSE Maths and English minimum Grade 3/D required
