Location: Reigate, Surrey (RH1)
Salary: circa £40,000 - £55,000 (Negotiable depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time / Permanent

We're seeking a commercially minded and client-facing Estimator - Facade / Cladding / External Envelope to join their expanding team near Reigate. This role reports directly to the Director and plays a key role in securing new business through accurate, competitive, and technically sound tenders.
Estimator Role Overview:
The initial focus will be purely estimating, but for those with more experience-or a desire to grow-there is opportunity to become involved in the full sales cycle over time.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed estimates and quotations for facade, cladding, and envelope packages
Interpret architectural drawings and tender documents
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to compile pricing
Collaborate with internal design and technical teams for value-engineered solutions
Attend site visits and pre-tender meetings as needed
Track tender outcomes and maintain pricing databases
What They Are Looking For:
Essential:
3-5 years' experience estimating in facades, cladding, or external envelope systems
Excellent understanding of building construction and materials
Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills
Commercial awareness, with a focus on cost, margin, and risk
Proficient in Excel and estimating software
Full UK driving licence
