What You’ll Do
· Ensure the health and welfare of birds every day
· Carry out daily routines: working in the chicken houses, collecting and packing eggs
· Maintain biosecurity and cleanliness to the highest standards
· Keep accurate farm records in line with Red Tractor requirements
· Take part in ongoing training and development
· Work closely within a supportive team while also managing tasks independently
What We’re Looking For
· A positive, hands-on attitude and a keen eye for detail
· Willingness to learn – no previous experience required (full training provided)
· Experience in poultry or livestock is a plus, but not essential
· NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Poultry Production would be an advantage
· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
