The role: As a key member of the Conveyancing Department, you’ll manage a profitable caseload while delivering exceptional service to a loyal and expanding client base. You’ll also provide support to the Head of Conveyancing, contributing to the continued success and development of the department.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
* Deliver a high level of professional service to clients at all times
* Draft clear, concise legal documents and correspondence
* Ensure all files are compliant with regulatory and firm standards
* Manage workloads effectively to meet financial and time targetsSupport colleagues and assist with client matters across the wider team to ensure continuity of service
* Engage in marketing and networking activities to raise the profile of the firm and department
About You
* Qualified Solicitor, CILEX Lawyer, or Licensed Conveyancer
* Solid experience in residential conveyancing
* Strong technical knowledge with excellent client‑care skills
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage your workload independently
* Keen to contribute to a growing and collaborative team environment
