Experience: * Previous experience in a client-facing role, ideally managing multiple accounts. * Previous experience working within a logistics organisation is desirable, but not essential. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Excellent problem-solving ability with a proactive approach. * Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. * Confident using Microsoft Office packages.
