Strategic Leadership Define and embed the Asset Management Strategy aligned to client and Sodexo objectives Develop and own the Local Asset Management Plan (LAMP) Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and smarter operating models Asset Performance & Reliability Analyse failure trends and implement root cause and reliability improvements Optimise maintenance strategies to reduce downtime and extend asset life Build and evolve a best-in-class planned maintenance programme Data, Systems & Insight Own the asset register across CAFM/BIM systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance Deliver data-led insights on asset condition, criticality, and performance Produce impactful reporting on KPIs, lifecycle, and CAPEX strategy Lifecycle & Investment Planning Develop 5-year lifecycle and asset replacement forecasts Support and influence CAPEX business cases and investment decisions Ensure asset changes, upgrades, and warranties are fully captured and optimised Stakeholder & Client Engagement Act as the trusted SME in client and stakeholder forums Provide technical leadership across engineering and operational teams Support a culture of high performance, safety, and continuous improvement What We’re Looking For: This role suits someone who wants to step beyond pure engineering into a more strategic, commercially influential position.
