Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced practice nurse with a background in NHS or private care to join the team at Pinhoe View, Exeter (Elysium Healthcare). This role involves supporting service users, working in a multidisciplinary team, and executing core nursing duties in an acute mental health setting.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Pinhoe View service in providing care for adults with acute mental health conditions.
* Conduct risk assessments and liaise with GP services.
* Supervise junior nursing staff and implement screening processes.
* Encourage service users to improve physical health and wellbeing.
* Promote teamwork across the multidisciplinary team.
* Participate in clinical quality improvement and development activities.
Required Qualifications
* Registered General Nurse (RGN) or equivalent.
* Relevant nursing qualification and current NMC registration.
* Experience in a similar environment (mental health or acute care).
* Evidence of clinical practice development.
