What You Will Do Provide physiotherapy cover to the winter pressure ward (Ward 3 - 12 beds). Deliver rehabilitation programmes and support patients with goal setting to aid their recovery. Complete comprehensive assessments and provide appropriate equipment to meet patient needs. Carry out discharge planning, including home visits and discharge to assess visits where required.
