* Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum dependent on experience (not pro rata)

* Location: Near Kings Lynn, Downham Market at Orchards Manor School
Requirements

Job Purpose
To provide a high-quality education service for our students in accordance with Company policies, procedures, and standards set by the Regulatory Body.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan, deliver, and teach individual students or small groups, following the School’s Curriculum framework and policies.
2. Monitor, record, and report on student progress.
3. Contribute to and help implement developments related to the School Development Plan.
4. Promote, in line with Company policies, the physical, educational, and moral development of students.
5. Develop and implement learning environments and programs tailored to individual student needs to ensure appropriate progression.
6. Coordinate teaching, development, assessment, and reporting across key stages with the Headteacher’s agreement.
7. Create, review, and implement individual education and behavior plans with other staff.
8. Organize classroom resources, student groupings, and displays to foster a stimulating learning environment.
9. Ensure student safety on and off-site in line with risk assessments.
10. Brief Learning Support Assistants, Tutors, Instructors, and care staff to produce effective resources and teaching aids.

Our New Options Autism School – Orchards Manor School is proposed to open in June 2025 with capacity for 72 pupils with complex needs including ASC. Options Autism has provided care and education for over 16 years, leading in neurodivergent education as part of Outcomes First Group.
