Internal Recruitment Advisors Responsibilities.
As an Internal Recruitment Advisor, you will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting the best talent to support our company's growth. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles, with a focus on high-volume recruitment and conducting assessment centres.
1. Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
2. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
3. Utilise various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
4. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
5. Coordinate and facilitate assessment centres, including designing assessment exercises and evaluating candidate performance.
