Job Title: Administrator Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Location: Deeside Salary: £23,809p/a HRGO is currently recruiting for two administrators in Deeside: a 6-month contract, and a temporary-permanent contract. Working with the Management team on site, you will be responsible for the provision of Administrative support and creation of accurate data, with the ability to work to deadlines and contribute to the overall success of the site. Key responsibilities: Generating Goods Received Notes (GRN) in SAP. Tracking the progress of purchase orders to ensure that critical paths are adhered to and delivery timelines are met. Coordinating with warehouse personnel to facilitate proper storage procedures. Maintaining the Purchase Order Tracker. Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders as necessary. Responding to incoming calls, taking messages, and redirecting calls appropriately. Handling internal and external email inquiries. Providing general site administration, including booking meeting rooms, ordering office supplies, data entry, and maintaining office documentation. Supporting the office manager and senior management team with administrative tasks. Approving right-to-work applications for all new employees and overseeing the onsite onboarding process for temporary staff. Ensuring accurate weekly payroll data entry across various platforms.
