The Role
:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their needs courteously.
2. Manage service schedules and database efficiently.
3. Coordinate PSV appointments and workshop job cards.
4. Conduct outbound sales and customer care calls, nurturing key customer relationships.
5. Generate maintenance contract quotes and sales.
6. Collaborate with Workshop Foreman for job planning and efficiency.
7. Communicate additional work requirements to customers, providing accurate quotations.
8. Ensure customer satisfaction by adhering to Volvo 'Customer Commitments' and handling complaints effectively.
9. Perform general administration tasks, including report generation, paperwork management, and word processing.
Requirements:
10. Previously worked as a Customer Service Advisor or in a similar role.
11. GCSE level education, including Maths and English.
12. Strong administration and organisational skills.
13. Skilled in computer operations.
14. Experience in service reception or franchised car / heavy vehicle dealership would be desirable.
15. Prior mechanical knowledge would be beneficial.
16. Full UK driving licence.
