Guest Services Assistant
Full Time - 40 hours per week, working 5 days over 7
Salary of £25,397 per annum, plus monthly TRONC
We are seeking a Guest Services Assistant who will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to hotel guests from
pre-arrival to after departure. The role focuses on creating a welcoming atmosphere, handling guest requests efficiently, and
ensuring a positive and memorable guest experience in line with hotel standards.

Key responsibilities
Welcoming guests upon arrival to Swinton Park Hotel and assist with check-in/ out procedures
Provide information about Swinton Estate, services and local attractions
Handle guest feedback
Operating our management system (Rezlynx)
Processing reservations of additional activities, booking amendments, upsells, cancellations and payments
Maintain accurate guest records and billing information
Carrying out administrative duties
What we are looking for
Excellent communication skills
High standards of professionalism and personal grooming standards
Strong customer service focus and problem solving ability
Good organisational and time management skills
Rezlynx experience - desirable
