About The Role
As Practice Support Advisor you’ll work with the team to provide Growth, Sales and Retention support to our member Dentists and the teams at the practices. Providing support to the Dentists, you’ll be the first port of call for any queries through all communication channels but mainly by taking incoming phone calls. You’ll also be working closely with the field sales teams to identify any potential growth from the practices in their area. This is a relationship focused role so to succeed in the role, you’ll have to have a passion for great customer service and relationship building both inside and outside the business as well as problem solving.
Key responsibilities
1. As a point of contact, you’ll need to create a fantastic and professional impression for the practices while always aiming to achieve first contact resolution where possible.
2. Take ownership for problem solving and deal with challenging requests as well as escalating other issues where needed.
3. Build and maintain strong, long lasting client relationships as well as proactively rebuilding former relationships where needed ensuring all feedback is captured and followed up on
4. Work with the Business Development Consultants and help develop and grow the clients by identifying any sales/ growth opportunities for them to follow up on.

About You
To be successful in this role, you’ll have a passion for great customer service and problem solving as well as the ability to thrive in a busy environment and team.
To be considered you must have:
5. Previous customer service experience, ideally phone based
6. Experience of handling high pressure environments and working to deadlines
7. Experience of up-selling and cross-selling on existing accounts as well as identifying and actively seeking opportunities and effective handling of new business enquiries
