What you'll do: To support the Finance Team: Month end and financial reporting Forecasting and planning Finance review meeting reporting Wider Leadership Team reporting Extended Duties: Month end close and reporting duties to include but not limited to key responsibilities below Analyses Journal preparation General Ledger Reconciliations Corporate reporting requirements Coordinating weekly reporting requirements for business unit BU monthly reporting Support to budget and forecast presentations Ownership of the overhead rate set Support to Site Finance Manager, Ad hoc support to the Finance leadership team Qualifications: Qualified accountant, AAT, CIMA, or ACCA Preferably Graduate in a related subject area Skills: Numerate, logical and able to express yourself clearly in figures, verbal and written presentations Able to work to strict deadlines whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy A confident communicator, able to work effectively at all levels of the organisation Able to display the gravitas to operate and influence at a senior level Further competencies will be provided via the competency matrix, and linked to the relevant job level The successful applicant will be in contact with US ITAR controlled technology, goods, and information.
