Business Development Manager – Employer Engagement & International Staffing Location: Remote (UK-based applicants only)

About Us

Dynamo International Ltd is the parent company of Dynamo Healthcare Training, a leading provider of recruitment and workforce development services. We are committed to addressing the UK’s critical skills shortages by sourcing high-quality international talent, with a strong focus on India and other key global markets.

We are looking for a highly motivated, commercially minded, and results-driven Business Development Manager – Employer Engagement & International Staffing to join our team. This is a key strategic role that requires a proactive individual with strong business development and relationship management skills.

The successful candidate will take the lead in identifying and engaging UK-based employers across a range of sectors facing workforce challenges—such as engineering, construction, logistics, manufacturing, and social care—who are open to recruiting skilled professionals from international talent pools, including India, the GCC countries, and the Schengen area.

You will be responsible for managing the full international recruitment cycle, from employer engagement through to candidate placement and post-placement support, ensuring a professional, efficient, and fully compliant process throughout.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and engage UK-based employers across sectors experiencing workforce shortages, who are seeking to recruit skilled international professionals from India, GCC countries, and the Schengen Area.

· Ensure Dynamo Healthcare is registered with relevant NHS Trusts and public procurement systems such as Dynamic Purchasing Systems (DPS) or equivalent platforms.

· Build and sustain strong employer relationships, using market intelligence and tendering opportunities to align recruitment services with workforce planning needs.

· Oversee the entire international recruitment process—from sourcing and screening through to onboarding, placement, and post-placement support—ensuring a smooth and professional experience for clients and candidates.

· Work closely with our international sourcing teams (especially in India and other key regions) to match suitable candidates with UK employer requirements.

· Lead employer outreach and business development activities, including participation in industry events, direct marketing, and targeted campaigns.

· Support marketing efforts aimed at attracting high-calibre international healthcare and skilled professionals from designated source regions.

· Ensure full compliance with UK employment legislation, immigration rules, and professional qualification recognition standards.

· Liaise with stakeholders such as NHS Trusts, care providers, and private sector employers to fully understand their staffing needs and deliver tailored, high-quality recruitment solutions.

· Provide guidance to employers and candidates on recruitment processes, visa requirements, and relocation best practices.

· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions and effective support for overseas candidates upon arrival in the UK.

· Ensure the organisation is actively engaged with relevant procurement frameworks and maintains ongoing registration with DPS and other sector-specific platforms.

Candidate Requirements

· A minimum of 3 years’ experience in international recruitment, ideally within sectors facing UK skills shortages (e.g., healthcare, social care, engineering, construction).

· Strong knowledge of UK recruitment legislation, immigration procedures, and professional qualification frameworks applicable to international candidates.

· Proven track record in employer engagement and relationship management, particularly with NHS Trusts, care providers, and private employers.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and deliver bespoke recruitment solutions.

· Strong organisational and project management skills, with experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle in collaboration with international teams.

· A commercially driven mindset, with the ability to meet performance targets, identify market opportunities, and develop new business.

· Familiarity with overseas qualification and regulatory frameworks (especially from India, GCC, or Schengen countries) is highly desirable.

· Experience of working with procurement platforms such as DPS or NHS-specific systems is advantageous.

What We Offer

· Competitive salary plus performance-based bonuses

· Flexible working arrangements, including home working

· Opportunities for career development and further training

· Mileage and expenses reimbursed

· Company pension scheme

· 25 days annual leave, plus UK bank holidays and Christmas week off (paid)

· Full-time position: 40 hours per week

· Core hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm (with flexibility required for occasional out-of-hours work, compensated through TOIL or flexible working)

· Primarily remote working, with occasional in-person meetings as required

· Applicants must be authorised to work in the UK

Interested? If you have the passion to drive this Internal recruitment business, we want to hear from you.

Please submit your CV and a cover letter outlining your relevant experience and why you’re interested in the role.
