We are seeking a caring, patient, and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to join our dedicated team. You will be working in specialist SEN schools committed to providing a nurturing and inclusive environment for children with a range of additional needs including autism, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional and mental health challenges. What you’ll do: Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with a variety of SEN Assist the class teacher in delivering personalised learning plans Encourage and support social and emotional development Promote independence and confidence in pupils Support with personal care and mobility where necessary What we’re looking for: Experience working with children or young people Experience working with young people with SEN is highly desirable. This includes personal experience supporting children with special needs.
