Job Description:
Main tasks and duties
Customers / Sales
· Experience working within a busy office environment in a customer service role is not essential but an advantage. Must be able to work well in both an individual & with a wider team setting.
· A good communicator & able to effectively deal with customers at all levels, both internally & externally in both verbal and written formats.
· Be able to provide a high level of customer service to our customers.
· Ability to manage own workload within a busy & often demanding environment
· To deal accurately and efficiently with all types of customer enquiries, keeping all key stakeholders fully informed throughout the process. Fully investigating any issues & reporting.
· Ability to make sound commercial decisions where needed
· IT literate – AX an advantage but Microsoft office packages
· To be flexible & adaptable approach to the role and have the ability to assist wider team where necessary.
· Full training will be provided.
Personal Health & Safety Awareness
All employees are required to-

· Ensure that all safety equipment is used and maintained in the correct way and any issues reported to the Technical & Quality Manager
Housekeeping
· Maintain a high standard of housekeeping within the department
· The workplace must be kept neat and tidy at all times and all waste material or product dealt with, as directed, in a prompt manner
· Ensure commitment to and compliance with Company TPM and 5S practices.
Discipline
· Ensure that you are aware of and comply with all Company regulations, as contained in the Employee Handbook, Work Instructions and other control documentation.
· Maintain acceptable standards of behaviour, attendance, time-keeping, etc., as detailed in the Employee Handbook and other control documentation.
Communications
· Ensure that communications are maintained at the highest possible level, keeping the management team informed of impending situations which could develop into more serious problems;
· Comply with the Company's Team Briefing process.
Other Duties
· The Administrator, may from time to time, be required to carry out other duties, as directed by the Department Manager.
General
· Ensure compliance with the company's Equal Opportunity Policy;
· Any other duties as may reasonably be required in line with your training and experience.
