Hampton Bridge School is a new independent special school for pupils aged 6 – 19, set on the edge of Northampton city centre. We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic class-based teachers who are open to learning a modern approach to teaching pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs. Our creative, individualised approach to learning is centred around well-being and skills for independence. From the time our students arrive, we assess their individual interests to build a project-based curriculum to meet their needs, ensuring they are well prepared to achieve their goals and succeed. We value meaningful relationships with pupils and families to nurture growth and development of relational milestones, such as building trust and sharing enjoyment.

As part of a new and growing group, we offer opportunities to collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching practices. The successful candidates will join the initial team preparing for the school\'s first intake and will follow an induction programme including time at our other schools.
