We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support learning across a vibrant school. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and helping them achieve their full potential. Starting October 2025.
Duties as Teaching Assistant:
* Support teachers in delivering lessons and classroom activities.
* Work with small groups or individual pupils to reinforce learning.
* Assist with planning and preparing teaching resources.
* Support pupils with additional needs, including SEN or EAL learners.
* Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
* Assist with assessing and recording pupil progress.
Ideal Teaching Assistant:
* Experience working with children in a school or educational setting desirable.
* Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting learning.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills as Teaching Assistant.
* Flexibility and adaptability to work across different year groups or subjects.
* Relevant qualifications (Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant) desirable but not essential.
