The Vacancy
Chilmington Green School is a co-educational, non-selective Secondary school which opened in September 2023. It will grow to become a 6-form entry school with a sixth form of 240 pupils. The school will build on United Learning’s successful track record locally and nationally, providing an excellent secondary education for local children. Our values of Ambition, Respect and Determination underpin the ethos and culture of our school. Furthermore, being part of a newly establishing school offers excellent professional development and future career prospects.
The staff body will form a dynamic team who are supportive, friendly, and dedicated to instilling the qualities of pride, respect, and resilience in the next generation of children. Chilmington Green works collaboratively with United Learning’s cluster of highly successful schools in the area, Wye School and Ashford School and, as a result, staff will benefit from richer and wider opportunities for continued professional development (CPD).
We welcome applications from both ECTs and experienced practitioners.
