Salary £30,000 - £37,000 DOE plus on-call & overtime (OTE £45K+)
Metro Rod works with leading commercial and domestic clients, delivering drain clearance and maintenance services across the UK. We are a fast‑growing part of Franchise Brands, with a team of over 60 franchisees.
Responsibilities
* Carry out cleaning, clearance, repair and maintenance of drains.
* Operate high‑pressure water jetting equipment within rigorous safety standards.
* Conduct surveys and record job details using internal and client systems.
* Provide excellent customer service and technical support to commercial and domestic clients.
* Communicate effectively with clients and Metro Rod Support Centre staff.
* Participate in a 24/7 on‑call rota to service clients year‑round.
What experience do we look for?
* High‑pressure water jetting and confined space experience.
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in domestic & commercial drainage.
* Strong problem‑solving skills and sound technical knowledge.
* Positive, flexible, can‑do attitude.
* Willingness to work unsociable hours.
* Full clean UK driving licence.
* Resident in the M25 London area.
