Year 1 Teacher Location : Swindon, SN6 September Pay : £31,650 -£49,084 I am working with a motivated and nurturing school located in Swindon. Learning is enriched by forest school, trips and real life experiences to help pupils flourish in the world beyond education. The social, moral and cultural development of the children is woven into the curriculum, deepening children's understanding of the world around them. The pupils here are taught to develop their communication skills, emotionally and verbally which provides a secure and teamwork driven environment among students. The opportunity for this role is a permanent Year 1 Teacher starting September. The school is looking for a nurturing teacher who has a good understanding of this age group curriculum. As children - learning is at the centre of their education approaches, the class will have the opportunity to take part in Forest School, which aims to build up the children's physical skills and confidence. There is a committed teaching team within the school that provides an organised and well run environment that provides learning and development both inside and outside the classroom. Responsibilities Planning and delivery of engaging, inspiring lessons. Supporting children in extra curricular activities and clubs Encourage students to get involved. Communicate with parents and teachers in order to create positive relationships. Creating a positive learning environment by creating enthusiastic and engaging lessons. Supporting students inside and outside the classroom.
